Agree the scope
Headcount, which tiers you fund, and the launch date. One short call.
02Week 2
Launch
We supply the launch email, a manager briefing, intranet copy and a new-starter email, and run a launch webinar.
03Ongoing
Staff sign up directly
Employees take the score, connect their bank and book sessions themselves. Everything they share stays with their coach.
04Quarterly
Take-up figures
Numbers signed up, sessions held and the topics raised, with nothing that identifies anyone.
For the owner
A Financial Plan for you, modelling what you take from the company, what it could be worth and when you can stop.

Questions from employers
Do you share anything about individual employees?
No. You receive take-up figures and topics in aggregate. What an employee tells their coach, and any bank data they connect, stays with Buzz under our privacy policy.
Is this regulated financial advice?
No. Coaching and planning are not regulated advice. If an employee needs a product recommendation, we can introduce them to Buzz Financial Services, a separate FCA-regulated firm, if they want.
We already use Buzz Accounting. Does that change anything?
It makes set-up quicker, and the £39 health check session is already free for Buzz Accounting clients. Your staff are treated the same as any other employer's.
